Acetates hanging in an exhibition at CSM

We don't often get to see what happens to the acetates we print for people so it was great to get this email from Natalie Baerselman le Gros who, along with some fellow students was hosting an exhibition as part of their MA Culture, Criticism and Curation course at Central Saint Martins.

Hi Peter,
Sorry I haven’t been in contact for a while, been a busy week! The acetates were fantastic and arrived in plenty of time. I’ve attached an image of our exhibition for you!

Thanks again for all your help,

Best,

Natalie

Another innovative use of acetate

Another satisfied customer with very rich and complex full colour acetates of collaged images
which work very well with the ghostly projections below.

Hi Peter,
Fantastic! Thankyou so much for doing them so quickly.
I'll definitely send you a picture of them!

Many thanks again,

Sophie

Here ten overlapping Black and White acetate prints of faces

Acetates used on windows in Pop-up Gallery

Another innovative use for acetates in paler colours than we've attempted before. Thanks to Jack Moolark from United Through Art who used these two large acetates for a Pop-up Gallery in Columbia Road late last year.

Hello Peter,
Hope you're well here are the Snaps from the show.

Thanks again for your help.

All the best,

Jack

Thanks Jack!

Screen printing with CSM student Josse Pickard

Printing in the studio with Josse Pickard, third year Graphic Design student at Central St Martins. Here you can see his stunning Eagle and typography prints...

Serious concentration - final colour in a three colour print and yes that is a brick on the print table!

Great Eagle! - very slight miss on the registration.

The Acetate separations, you can see here that our acetate is slightly cloudy. Good for screen exposure but not if you're after clear acetate.
